There are no transaction fees if you get any of the paid plans, Podia will charge you a transaction fee of 8% with their free plan. However in all the plans. However, with all the plans you have to bear the payment processing fee of around 2.9% charged by Paypal or Stripe. It will vary depending on your location.
Podia Pricing: Free Plan
Earlier there was a 14-day Podia free trial available to try out this platform. But now you can get Podia free forever with absolutely no cost.
With the free Podia plan, you can build a full website and host it on a free Podia subdomain.
You can create only 1 coaching product and 1 digital download with this plan. You can create only drafts of online courses, webinars, and bundles with the free plan and you can’t provide course certificates to your audience.
If you want to build your community then the free plan is really good as you can have unlimited members and topics with this plan. You can embed videos but can’t upload videos directly with this plan.
The marketing option is really less in the free plan, as you can only have the messaging option and build a site on a free subdomain.
If you want to use podia as an email marketing platform then you can send only 3 emails per campaign and the limit for both broadcast emails and imported emails is 250.
There are no included team seats and none of the analytics and automation features are available in the free Podia plan. Additional team seats cost $20/month each.
You will get access to the Podia creator community and will avail of the 7 days week support even with Podia free plan.
Podia Mover Plan
With the mover plan, you can build online courses and publish them but the webinar and bundles will be available as drafts only and you can not give away certificates. But there is no limit on digital downloads or coaching products in this plan.
The community-building features are almost the same as the free plan as you can’t get the search feature yet but with the mover plan, you can upload videos directly.
You will get the live chat option and build your website with Podia but this time you can host it on your custom domain. You can also create coupons and provide upsells to your audience with the mover plan.
In this plan you can create unlimited email campaigns with unlimited emails per campaign, you will also get the features like link tracking, sales tracking, and exit conditions. The limit of broadcast emails and imported emails is 5k.
No included team seats each additional seats cost $20/month. The mover plan will give you integration to Google Analytics, Facebook pixel or Meta Pixel, Google ads, Pinterest pixel, and Paypal, and you can set Zapier triggers.
With the previous support and community access option you will get free migration for only 1 product.
Podia Shaker Plan
The Podia shaker plan gives you all the options to create and sell your digital products, now there will be no drafts. You can create & sell online courses, webinars, bundles, and give certificates and sell unlimited digital downloads and coaching products.
The search option for the community is now available with the shaker plan along with all other options. In the case of marketing, all previous features are available and now you can embed buy buttons on the checkout pages, limit the maximum number of sign-ups for products and recruit affiliates to get more sales.
The email broadcast limit is 15k and for imported emails, it is 10k, you can create unlimited email campaigns with unlimited emails per campaign and have link tracking, sales tracking, and exit conditions.
No included team seats yet in this plan, with the previous analytics and integrations of the mover plan now you can create Zapier actions and turn off the Podia branding with the shaker plan. You will get free migration for 5 products in this plan.
Podia Earthquaker Plan
The shaker plan gives you almost all the necessary features but there is one more plan which is the earthquake plan. It includes all the features available in the shaker plan.
The additional features are – the limit for broadcast emails and imported emails is 50k. There are 5 included team seats in this plan but additional seats will cost $20/month for each seat like in previous plans. You can integrate third-party code with the earthquaker plan.
You will get free migration for 10 products and avail of onboarding calls and priority support by choosing this plan.
So Which Plan is Right for You?
If you just want to try out the platform without any time limit and see how you can use it for your online business then grab the free plan.
If you want to sell online courses and digital products but right now do not need webinars or advanced marketing features then you can start with the mover plan.
If you want to scale your business then the shaker plan is the most useful one, even if you start with the mover plan, once you got some sales then you should definitely upgrade to the shaker plan as the marketing options are really limited in the mover plan.
Once you have built a large community of engaging audience then you can get the earthquaker plan, but the Shaker plan is really good enough for any online course creator or entrepreneur.
